This was a Historical Restoration in Minneapolis MN
We undertook the task of redoing many of the original metal work in this old theater.
The building was built in 1935 this Art Deco building was used till 1985 and sat empty till it was bought, and the restoration started in 2016 and was finished in 2023.
The building was in very poor shape with many problems. We are proud to have been part of this rebuild.
